Usage Instructions:
- Append a status code, a comma-separated list, or a range to the URL.
- Examples:
  /200          -> Responds with "200 OK".
  /400-404      -> Responds with a random status from 400 to 404.
  /200,400-404  -> Responds with either 200 or a random status from 400 to 404.
- Optionally, add the "sleep" query parameter or the header "X-HttpStatus-Sleep" (in milliseconds, maximum 120000 ms) to delay the response.
